This Carbon Reduction Plan applies to:

Baseline Environmental Position
As a small and developing business, ACAS currently operates with a relatively low direct environmental footprint due to:
- Predominantly digital and consultancy-based operations
- Hybrid and remote working arrangements
- Limited physical infrastructure requirements
- Reduced requirement for permanent office occupancy
